Maths
We will be learning about Place Value and addition and subtraction of 1-digit numbers to and from 2-digit and 3-digit numbers. We will then move onto addition and subtraction and then multiplication and division.
Topic
In History we are looking at Ancient Egypt. We are using our sketchbooks to create sketches of death mask designs.
In Music we are learning a song inspired by Ancient Egypt.
In Science we are looking at the human body.
English
In Talk for Writing, we are looking at The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis and The Land of Neverbelieve by Norman Messenger in Autumn 1.
In Autumn 2, we will be looking at The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg.
